1. Subscription Refunds

2. Course Purchases and One-Time Payments

If you have made a one-time payment for a specific course or module, we offer a 14-day refund window from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a refund:

  • You must have completed no more than 25% of the course.
  • You must submit a refund request via our customer support within 14 days of purchase.
  • Refunds will only be provided if the course is found to be defective, unavailable, or significantly different from its description.

If you have completed more than 25% of the course or the refund request is made after the refund window has passed, we will not be able to offer a refund.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

The following situations are not eligible for a refund:

  • If you have already accessed and completed more than 25% of the course.
  • If you have violated our Terms and Conditions or any other policies of LearnCyberPro.com.
  • If you request a refund outside the refund period specified in our policy.
  • If the content was delivered and consumed as part of a bundle or discounted promotion (unless otherwise specified).
